This site is where I keep notes on craft, judgment, and the practical shape of senior operator work.
Four streams run through the writing: situations seen through multiple lenses, craft notes from the desk, what AI is actually doing to human judgment, and notes from the middle of a career. Posts land roughly once a month, in English and Spanish.
